Where do orders ship from?
Every Vibeforge Studio item is printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Fourthwall, through its manufacturing network. Your order is made specially for you after you place it.
Production time
Each item is made to order. Most orders take 3-5 business days to produce before they ship.
Estimated delivery times
United States: about 6-12 business days
International: about 2-4 weeks, depending on your destination
These are estimates, not guarantees. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always know what to expect.
Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another email with tracking details when it ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and the shipping method you choose.
Taxes, duties and customs
Some international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. When these are collected at checkout, you will see them before you pay. In some countries, customs may also collect charges on delivery, based on your country's rules.
Seasonal orders
Around Halloween and the holidays, carriers can be busier than usual. If you are ordering a gift or something for a special date, please order early.
Wrong size or print problem?
If your order arrives with a print error or a quality issue, contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Full details are on our Returns & FAQ page.
